Take a good look into that future to see what you expect to feel when you reach XYZ outcome. How can you feel that now? Like a fruit infused water break… how can you add pleasure to the process today? Reel it into the present. Ex. I absolutely do want to finish and share my first book (and many after it!), but don’t feel inspired to work on it in a solo silo. That feels flat and too far removed from the “happily ever after,” because my favorite part is sharing my ideas with you in an organized, cohesive format. I can add pleasure to the process by shortening the feedback loop and sharing behind-the-scenes of my creative process with you here via the podcast.
