🥀 planning for low power days [OHT 076]
Life is life-ing. Always will be. It's fun to ride the wave of inspiration when we're high on energy, time, focus, etc, and some days we just have less gas in the tank. Less space in the calendar. Harder to find a rhythm, for any collection of reasons. Let's talk about how we can plan for that and still show up for ourselves how we want to. What's the bare mini / minimum viable progress version you can do on the days when you're low on energy, time, brainwidth? How can you still stay engaged with this new habit and fill that heart bubble WHILE also honoring that today you don't have the same oomph you do on other days? What's the "LITE" version of the thing you can do even on the days you don't feel like it? And how could doing that actually help you feel MORE energy and power on the other side? If you really can't imagine a scenario where you feel better after having done the thing (even the bare mini version), you can give yourself grace there too. Some pre-drafted permission slips can go a long way. What are those pre-approved exceptions? You'll know which choice is right for you based on how you feel when you make it.
