Anger is a very destructive emotion, and accordingly we must implement a plan to ensure that rage does not usurp us from the driver’s seat, lest we say words that can destroy relationships and even marriages. Even intelligent and kind people surrender their wisdom and sense of proportion under the influence of untamed anger. TFJ provides some nifty tips and insights that demonstrate that we can indeed control our temper, and guard our tongues from not uttering regrettable and damaging statements. How do you react when you encounter an enraged person, what should you do if you think what you are about to do may precipitate an angry response, and how can you harness your angry emotions in a beneficial way?
