If you’re having a hard time making a decision and find yourself stuck in limbo land, this might just help you sort it out. In this Audio Coffee episode, I riff on a powerful perspective shift I recently landed on when it comes to making decisions. I’ve never been a wizard at making decisions. It can be tough when we don’t trust ourselves fully and we’re used to living life from the lens of scarcity (usually for good reason!) However, after a while, you get sick of not being in the driver's seat of your own life. So you commit to making more empowered decisions for yourself. Which can then be followed by our mind taking us on a little fear ride. What if I make the wrong decision? What if it doesn't work out? What if I get rejected? What if I lose myself? And on and on it goes. This can leave us in a place of stagnancy and swimming in stale energy. Eventually, we must decide, or the Universe will decide for us.
