**A gentle warning, this episode discusses sexual assault and rape. If you are feeling vulnerable in this area, please consult with a doctor or mental health professional in your area. Or call the National Sexual Assault Hotline listed in the resources.** We've spent the last two episodes sharing stories of sexual abuse in teens and young adults, and how it has a lasting impact on the lives of those affect and their families. So on today's episode we sit down to discuss, what resources are available for those who have been victims of sexual abuse? Which resources can provide the most comprehensive help and healing for teens and young adults? That's why I am so excited to bring back Licensed Counselor Susan Milligan to have her tell us the best resources for sexual abuse victims. Who is Susan Milligan? Susan Milligan is a Counselor located in Little Rock, AR. Susan specializes in helping clients who have experienced trauma in their past. This trauma could have been a one-time event like an accident or a chronic series of events like abuse.
