Join Rosa Torr for episode one of the series in conversation with internationally renowned artist Lothar Goetz. Lothar’s practice ranges from site-specific wall paintings and room-sized installations to paintings and drawings. His work constantly references architecture and space; his painting is characterised by its use of abstract geometric forms, lines of intense colour, juxtaposed with one another. We talk about his use of colour- and interestingly the politics of using certain colours in certain public spaces- as well as his interest in theatre and architecture.
