Maria McNish: Picky Eating & Difficulty Transitioning to Solid Food

Maria D. McNish, M.S. CCC-SLP ASDCS is the founder and director of Advanced Therapy of America®. She is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience and enjoys speaking at local, national, and international conferences. Maria is a Myofunctional Therapist trained by the IAOM® and is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. She is the creator of OccuSpeech®, a dynamic treatment approach that provides speech and feeding therapy in the context of movement and sensory-enriched environments. Maria is the co-author of a chapter on swallowing management. She has specialized training in numerous oral motor and feeding interventions including Talk Tools Oral Placement Therapy® and SOS Approach to Feeding®.
