Katherine have Osteogenesis Imperfecta, better known as Brittle Bone Disease. Katherine get around in an electric wheelchair. Katherine is 2 feet, 7 inches tall. And by age 10, Katherine had broken 500+ bones. But there was no way her parents and Katherine were going to let her disease dictate her happiness. Katherine’s parents influenced her the most. They made Katherine want to make something of herself, and Katherine was going to be happy doing it—end of story. During Katherine’s senior year at Loyola University, she started KAK Art & Designs. While Katherine’s services have changed since 2011, she have stayed focused on 2 key areas: 1) expanding Katherine’s reach and capabilities as a watercolor artist; and 2) motivating others to contribute to their communities.
