EasyDMARC Turns Email Security Gaps into MSP Sales Opportunities, Podcast

At the center of that strategy is EasyDMARC TouchPoint, a lead-generation platform built for MSPs. Service providers can embed a domain scanner on their website, identify email-security gaps, enrich prospect information and send qualified leads directly into their CRM. MSPs can also create customized reports in seconds and deliver them to prospects while interest is still high. “We’ve taken what used to take hours, collapsed it into about five minutes and made it an automated process,” Anderson says. TouchPoint also supports proactive prospecting by allowing MSPs to search geographically, scan domains and identify organizations with visible DMARC, SPF, DKIM or deliverability weaknesses. EasyDMARC is also expanding its platform with DNS Manager, which gives MSPs a centralized way to manage multiple DNS providers, identify configuration problems, find outdated records and assign DNS work across their teams. The company is also introducing Sender Insights as email deliverability becomes a growing issue for businesses of every size. “These requirements used to be mostly for the super senders,” Anderson says. “Now we’re seeing them come all the way down to the mom-and-pop businesses and everybody in between.” For MSPs, these problems create an opportunity to offer ongoing email authentication, DNS management, deliverability monitoring and threat intelligence services.
