Over this period, Rich received accolades and awards as a top performer in the network, the first to hit milestones in membership and revenue, and received a “Business Leader of the Year” award from the Chamber of Commerce. For seven of the twelve years, he accomplished all of this as an active owner- operator of these businesses while concurrently managing a demanding corporate supply chain leadership career at Johnson & Johnson.
