The Season That Broke My Script
Have you ever reached a point where your body is telling you one thing, but your calendar keeps demanding another? In this episode, I share what I've been learning as I navigate a season of change in midlife and why I've realized that constantly pushing through is no longer serving me. Instead of seeing this as failure or burnout, I'm beginning to understand it as an invitation to listen more deeply to myself. I talk about letting go of the identity built around endless capacity, creating spaciousness instead of constantly striving, and learning to recognize what my body is trying to communicate. I also share why I'm intentionally stepping back from the podcast for a season so I can focus on my health, my family, my education, and the next chapter I'm being called toward.
