We met almost ten years ago in a business program, I ended up living with her family for a few months, and somewhere in between the chaos of life and business a friendship formed that I wouldn't trade for anything. Elicia spent 16 years building and running her own massage practice from the ground up, leading a team of 21 seeing over 100 clients a week. She is the co-author of Fully Booked Without Burnout, written alongside her husband and business partner James, and co-creator of Health Leader Mastery — a 12 month mentoring program for massage and bodywork professionals worldwide.
