Sergeant at Victoria Police | Founder and President of The Code 9 Foundation | Mental Health Advocate Mark speaks openly about his journey from being a mentally healthy member of Victoria Police, to attending a triggering incident in April 2003, which led to his progressive failure to recognise the signs and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), his downfall into a darkness, a hospital admission and diagnoses of PTSD, depression and anxiety through to his recovery to who he is today.
