This concept needs a modern update: from an hours / exposure standpoint, your media diet can be even more impactful than your influences in protein form, like friends. Our beliefs, our habits, our health, our lifestyles, even our incomes—are all powerfully influenced by our social network. Remember, we are social creatures. We are molded, shaped, and influenced by those around us and those we let into our lives, INCLUDING through a screen or a pair of headphones. So, who are your top five?
