Blessed Are the Works of Your Hands
Deuteronomy 28:1-8: This is my prayer for a new year, for myself and for you. This book was written as a reciting of the law for the nation of Israel, to remember God's laws and ways of blessing them. God promised Israel that they would be blessed more than any of the nations of the world, and from the various accounts in the Bible we know this was fulfilled in their various battles or endeavors. I believe that this passage is just as applicable for modern-day Christians, as we are God's people as Israel was then.
