Before we can get too deep into how sales enablement works and why it’s so important, we must have a working definition of the concept. Simply put, sales enablement is the task of… Equipping all of the customer-facing people in your organization to have the content, tools, and insights they need to engage effectively with customers. That means a sales enablement strategy should not only provide the content that sales teams can use to start and engage in buyer conversations, it should also train them how to effectively use the content.
