Gabriella Foley, writer and starring in Flicker at Edinburgh Festival Fringe
Gabriella Foley, writer and starring in Flicker at Edinburgh Festival Fringe joins Harvey Morton on Queerly's Stage and Screen Podcast. Gabriella discusses her debut play, Flickr, which explores pure OCD through the lens of comedy and chaos. She wanted to broaden the conversation around OCD and challenge stereotypes. The play was influenced by her experiences at the Royal Welsh College of Music and working with OCD UK. Gabriella hopes audiences will have a good time, laugh, and gain a greater understanding of OCD. She has been recognized for her work, including being longlisted for the Victoria Wood Playwriting Prize. Gabriella is also working on other projects and advises emerging writers and performers to share their work and seek mentorship.
