Cruise passengers begin quarantine in Bullsbrook
Six passengers from a COVID-affected cruise ship have arrived in Perth and been transferred to a quarantine facility in Bullsbrook for a mandatory three-week isolation period. The group, consisting of five Australians and one New Zealander, travelled from Europe via the Middle East after their cruise was struck by a Hunter virus outbreak that resulted in three deaths and 11 confirmed cases.
