She's started something brand new, revolutionizing the gym space, by creating a safe space for whole body healing. As she says, “movement is my spirituality. “ We all have that weight on our hearts we need to express. Anger and resentment are just the top layer, and allowing the safe expression of that anger in the kickboxing studio opens the door to mindset, and changing patterns. Kickboxing became her refuge from the chaos of life and she found the strength and mental fortitude to change her life.
