She is a proud lesbian who uses her voice to advocate for her lgbtq+ community and aims to highlight the power of sharing stories of unconditional love and acceptance. She is also the creator and host of Thank You for Joining Me: Podcast Life Behind the Mic, a podcast that focuses on the mindset that helps keep podcasters showing up behind the mic.
