Infertility sometimes feels like a continued wave of disappointment. One day, I’m sure my body is sending me signals that I’m pregnant. The next, it’s another negative pregnancy test. I’m talking about dealing with continued disappointment, and I’m sharing how I’m taking care of my mind and body. Plus, I hope to offer some comfort to anyone else who feels alone on their own conception journey, even if they’re going through it with a partner.
