I know little about drug misuse. So when Jay (full disclosure, a friend of mine) made a 10-episode podcast chronicling the incredible story of Sarah Laurel—the founder of harm reduction and recovery housing org Savage Sisters in Philadelphia—I didn't know what to expect. Turns out, I learned a LOT. Listening to how Sarah descended into depression, suffered extremely hard for a time, and eventually recovered to start her organization that helps others was remarkable. Really good listen. Actually listened to all of the episodes over about 3 days because I couldn't put it down.
