Season One Recap
A speed-run of the events of season one (except the term "speed-run" may have been a little optimistic) This recap is by no means mandatory listening. This is for those of you who, like me, prefer to have a refresher of every plot-relevant detail of the story before diving into a new season. And when I say every plot relevant detail, it seems I really do mean it. For obvious reasons, spoiler warning for literally the entirety of season one. Content Warnings: General themes of death and grief throughout; very brief mentions of blood, death by car crash, death by gas explosion, loss of a parent, loss of a friend, loss of a partner; brief description of a violent physical attack and a character's resultant experience of trauma; discussion of grief and loss of a sibling; SFX of dripping blood (2:44-2:59), gunshot (12:12); portrayal of emotional manipulation and blackmail. Transcript: https://tellnotalespod.com/transcripts/transcript-bonus-s1-recap/ Written and produced by Leanne Egan. In this recap you heard clips of performances by Phil Thompson, Cameron Gergett, Michaela Hook, Sophia Leggett, Asher Amor-Train, Shannon Kelly, Jess Kadow, Josie Thomas, and Lauren Keller.
