Just wow! The writers and voice actors of this podcast pristinely bring the legend of Arthur to 21st-century media. Their travels with the sword Excalibur evoke not only the roots of the Round Table and its knights but also the difficulties of present-day social situations. The characters themselves bring with them a roundness and depth that rivals 900 years of tradition. This podcast is just right for one’s own road trip or even simply a commute to work. It’s bingeable. It’s savor-able. But best of all, it’s a companion. I’ve listened to it to brighten up long weeks at work, but I wouldn’t hesitate to get it started with coffee on Monday morning.
