She previously served as President and CEO of WW International, where she led the rebrand from Weight Watchers to WW, driving its digital transformation and global wellness mission. Before that, she was CEO of HSNi, overseeing a $4 billion direct-to-consumer retail portfolio and taking IAC Retail public in 2008. Her career includes leadership roles at Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Oxford Industries. She has been named to Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women, TIME’s 50 Most Influential in Healthcare, and The Financial Times Top 50 Women in World Business.
