Intentions & How to Not Lose Your Shhh(it) with Sara Auster and Alex Falk

In January of 2013, I took a life changing trip to Mexico. On that trip, I had a vision. That I would one day create a space somewhere, devoted to truth, collaboration and trusting authentic instincts. A place people could go to hear, see & share together. I set my intentions y’all! Today I proudly launch my podcast, Let’s Talk About Shhh(it)! In my first official interview, we focus on the concept of INTENTIONS with my favorite intention setters; renowned sound bath facilitators and magical husband & wife duo, Alex Falk & Sara Auster. Launching on 11/11 is no mistake. In some sects of numerology, 11:11 is the power number representing NEW BEGINNINGS & CHANGE. #MakeAWish. Many years ago, I adopted 11/11 as my very own personal New Year. Because New Year's Eve and Day have always held such pressure, I decided that I can begin my new year whenever I want to. I strongly believe we can begin anew anytime we decide to. So today on 11/11, I set my intentions that this space will bless, connect & educate. Let’s talk about meditation, mantras, therapy, self care, gratitude and more! To the future! Mmk? Mmk! G’day! Oh, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! NOTE: I want this space to above all, be an educational forum. In this episode I mistakenly used the term “Indian Style” when referring to crossing my legs seated. I want to call that out as a mistake in wording. We do not use that term anymore for political correctness. I believe our words are very important so I am thankful for friends who continue to educate me as well (Michelle xo). Ps. We now use criss cross apple sauce. #TheMoreYouKnow For more about Sara: Website: saraauster.com Instagram: @saraauster Book: Sound Bath Meditate, Heal and Connect through Listening By Sara Auster And more: linktr.ee/saraauster For more about Alex: Website: atonalmeditation.com Instagram: @atonalmeditation
