After a long recap, Charlie from Riverside Tavern in Crosslake joins the show to chat about how his first two months have been since he took over the famous "Riverside Inn" spot and the major remodel. Charlie also dives into why this spot was so important to him, the timing (which was less than 2 years after he opened Lakes Tavern in Pequot), how the Crosslake holidays have treated the restaurant in the first spring/summer and of course some of the top menu items.
