So this system is from Michael Hyatt, he's a New York Times bestselling author and he wrote the book "Free To Focus" that came out in 2019. I read both his book and got a hold of the Full Focus Planner and have really changed the way I approach my goals and it's made a huge impact on how I structure my time.
