Recorded mostly at Turner’s studio in Brighton, England, One Of A Kind finds the band leaning away from Laurel Canyon-esque folk-rock to fully embrace their British roots, finding a particularly crucial inspiration in the gritty and groove-heavy hedonism of the mid-1970s Rolling Stones.
