Victorino Chua and the Stepping Hill Hospital Poisonings (2011)
In 2002, a Filipino man named Victorino Chua went to the United Kingdom to work as a nurse for the elderly. Almost a decade later, he would poison more than 20 patients with insulin at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
