Teresa was offered an opportunity to transition into the cannabis business in 2019. She dug in and educated herself on the science and the business of cannabis, and opened Capital Cannabis in 2021. Part of her motivation to enter the industry came from seeing the impact the plant medicine had on a co-workers father who had been given a year to live due to his stomach cancer. Utilizing RSO oil, he was able to see three more grandchildren born and lived an additional five years. Teresa shares the joy she feels knowing how her customers are being helped by natures medicine.
