Where Do You Love The Process?
Where you get excited about the process? Not just the outcome - the study, investigation, conversation, research - all the things that are involved in how to get a good outcome - than that is an indication of what your passions and strengths are. If you’re struggling to figure out where you’re heading in life or what your passions and strengths are the pay attention to where you love process. We are so driven by validation through results that we assume successful outcomes is where we should look. The secret and it is a secret because so few know it, is to look where you love the process not the results. Look at the creativity, study, planning, risk, uncertainty, struggle and effort that you love and there you will find yourself. Look for something where you love the process and the rest will follow.
