２月の衆院選の「１票の格差」を巡る大阪高裁の判決を批判する升永英俊弁護士、２２日午後、大阪市北区「１票の格差」が最大２．１０倍だった２月の衆院選は投票価値の平等に反し違憲だとして、升永英俊弁護士らのグループが選挙無効を求めた訴訟の判決が２２日、大阪高裁であった。 Osaka High Court ruled Friday that the Feb. 8 election for Japan's House of Representatives, the lower chamber of parliament, was constitutional in terms of vote-value disparities.
