Take sleep seriously. Work on your sleep habits. Waking up at the same time every day, weekends too. Your bed is for sleeping, not watching TV or checking your messages. Set up your sleep environment with a cool room, good bed, and sheets, black curtains or blinds. Turn off electronic devices at least one hour before bed.
