When Girl Math Is Also Self Care
On today’s episode of Good Bodies, Emily and Lauren are bringing you some fresh Self Care Shares. Emily is finding new fun ways to explore her alcohol free journey with kombucha and a jacked up Arnold Palmer. Lauren shares that she’s secretly (not anymore!) started taking Ubers to the subway ever since they closed down a subway entryway in her neighborhood. It’s a little treat that makes a big difference in her overall week albeit a bit extravagant. She reminds us of one of her favorite phrases “If you have a problem that can be solved with money, you don’t have a problem, you have an expense.” This leads into a quick chat about girl math and how sometimes it’s okay to give ourselves permission to have something special.
