We watched the 1994 classic The Lion King and enjoyed the emotions inherently available in animated faces that simply cannot be duplicated in “live action.” Elton John thought the movie was ruined because his beautiful song was sung by a meerkat, but joke’s on him, it was a genius move. Sometimes you gotta have a creepy little guy sing to the main characters to get them to fall in love.
