Cults of Our Lives

THIS is exactly what I need during the pandemic!! The combination of the bizarre and/or half-baked beliefs and acts of the cult members and the hosts’ enthusiasm in calling out same makes this perfect with the current political situation. It is a relief, refreshing, and so good to hear two young women with the right amount of sass and intelligence to put words to my emotions. Thank you Halle and Stasie! I wish there were more episodes!!

Not sure if the first episode that came up is any indication of the others, but it was lacking. I started with the Lisa Nowak episode. It had nothing to do with cults. Also, the audio quality was awful. You could hear one person clearly, and the other person was at a much lower volume that you often could not hear. Hoping other episodes are better.

If these two people were having these conversations next to me, I would look up in horror, try to decide if I should correct their misinformation, then give up and put on my headphones.
