Love JVN

Will still subscribe and listen to ones that are interesting, but I am NOT a self-help/wellness girly, so I will miss the rando topics. JVN is a light in this world and nothing will change that!

Love JVN but it feels like he’s trying to prove to the guest/his listeners how much he knows. I was very interested in what a “reverse calendar” was in the Procrastination episode but he kept cutting off her explanation to say “I just did that!” Girl, ok, and know we’re trying to learn! 😂 still no clue what she was gonna say about it.
I will miss Getting Curious

I loved getting curious and hearing from experts about totally random topics. I loved the ancient China episode, gay Abraham Lincoln, etc etc. I love JVN, but I don’t want or need another self help pod

5 stars bc i will always be a fan no matter what but as a fellow adhd human with many mental health issues I gotta say I will miss the randomness of getting curious—the crazy assortment of topics (thinking: kitten lady, volcanos, constructive criticism) was amazing and I loved getting to learn about things and also keep my mind off my own life. Sometimes I feel like everything is all about improvement and getting better when I’m out here just trying to survive each day.
